Anti-oppressive embodied spiritual practices

Rooted in Unitarian Universalism, Christian traditions and teachings, yogic teachings, and earth-centered traditions and teaching, rev. Naomi helps people deepen their spiritual practices so they can thrive as they live with chronic illness or disability, find themselves dealing with oppression, or are adjusting to major life changes.

“As a bigger bodied woman of color, I was a bit nervous and skeptical about doing yoga. However, Naomi’s assurance of ‘your body, your yoga,’ immediately put me at ease.”

“It’s now almost two years that I’ve been practicing yoga with Naomi and their encouragement, wit, deep knowledge of yoga and discussions based on social justice issues and yogic principles keeps each class fresh and interesting.”

“I feel comfortable, welcome, valued and refreshed after every session. Anyone can do and enjoy yoga with Naomi!”
